It is a whisk with 100 strands, allowing to obtain a perfect emulsion of matcha tea. The Matcha Whisk is essential for a Japanese tea ceremony and for making beaten matcha tea. After pouring the tea powder and then the hot water over, beat the preparation with the whisk, zigzagging, until a froth forms on the surface.
