One-Click Butter Cutter

HIC Kitchen's One-Click Butter Cutter easily cuts uniform slices from those longer, skinnier butter sticks found east of the Rocky Mountains, called Elgin or East-coast style butter (individual sticks measure 4.75 x 1.25 x 1.25-inches.) Its unique design allows single-handed use to serve butter easily with less mess. Each click of the lever delivers a perfectly sliced pat of butter right where it's needed. The Butter Cutter's ratchet-style pusher automatically advances the butter stick inside the chamber, ready for the next slice. It's easy to use and load. Simply remove the lid, load the stick of butter and replace the lid. To slice, remove the bottom cover, hover the Butter Cutter over the area where butter is needed and click the lever with a firm pressure. Replace the bottom cover to help seal in freshness and conveniently store butter in the refrigerator between uses. It's a super handy addition to entertaining supplies for buffets, parties, and picnics. It works best when butter sticks are cold and hard.
